It was great. Definitely recommend this place. Went with my family. Ordered a few apps and a few entrees. We had a peanut allergy at the table and they were very accommodating. The servers were everywhere always helping, watching our water levels, clearing our plates. We didn't know how large the portions were! Such great tasty food.

Wonderful ambiance with chandeliers and low lighting. We sat at the bar and had a bottle of wine. The bartender was really attentive.

First time visit! A very clean family restaurant in appearance! The waiters were very attentive to our needs! The foods were good! There were many tables full of patrons! It's handicapped accessible, parking in front of Restaurant! They have restrooms! Would recommend to give it a try! The appetizer, fried squid was delicious!! Will return!!

Terrible experienceI ordered a 50 dollars of food which included $16 dollar Kao Pow with shrimp and they gave me a half of cup of rice with it. I called back to explain that that was not what one would expect from a decent Thai restaurant but they just said there was nothing they could do, I said I will never do business with you again.

Nice place family friendly and quick service. We had few dishes and they coul potentially be amazing. I hope it was a one time thing but please tune down few notches on the sugar!!! Way, way too sweet! Would have been a definite 5 🌟.

Been a customer for 15 years, at least once weekly so that's several hundred visits - without incident. My last two visits, one week apart, were progressively worse resulting in diarrhea, stomach ailment, even cold sweat etc.I tried in good faith to report my condition in an effort that others might avoid the same fate but they refused to discuss it and claimed there was no supervisor on duty. Be careful. Be very careful eating here.

After driving past this place for a quarter of a century and saying we needed to try it, tonight we finally did. We’ve been missing out! Having never had Thai food before, we were grateful not to be hurried in choosing our dishes. Pad Thai with chicken was succulent and packed with flavor. Rice with pineapple, cashews and pork hit the spot. Food was served piping hot and service was pleasant and attentive. Delightful!

Love the crispy watercress salad. All the entrees were a bit too salty or heavy on seasoning. Very big potions even for apps. Sadly they were out of the fried fish by 7pm already.

Don't go unless your idea of eating out is to spend over an hour waiting for food. People need to learn you can't do things like done 100 years ago. Find a way to modernize. I have been told the food is very good, I just didn't have over an 1.25 hours to wait for takeout. Yes, takeout!

Excellent food, large portions. Vast selection of items available on the menu? Very reasonably priced. The lunch specials (< $9) are all served your choice of veg. spring roll or a soup from a selection.

Worst customer service of my life! They made my dish wrong, could not remake it because "sorry, the kitchen closed" (even though clearly people were still there), and then took my dish and threw it away!! What? So I came and didn't actually get to eat except for the appetizer and a few bites of dinner. There are other Thai restaurants in the neighborhood. Go to them, and skip this rude establishment.

Quite possibly the finest Thai in town, for 40yrs I have frequented this establishment in its various forms. Possibly new owners or generations over time but this place has never failed to serve superior taste and quality. Hungry for that appetizer-meal dish? Try the Yum Watercress, shrimp, calamari, the greens and a delightfully, light lime cilantro sauce drizzled over it.

Buddha or vegan dishes that can be made without fish sauce or oyster sauce. Only Some of the servers can answer allergy questions of all the sauces. There is a vegetarian section of the menu and I was able to eat here 2x with a friend without allergy complications. I feel The food is #1 quality in authenticity for the area. I ordered fried tofu dishes off the veg menu each time and they brought shoyu out and chopsticks and dried chilis at request.Though, the vegetarian eggplant leftovers did smell fishy to me. It seemed safe enough for me. Though I'm Not really convinced it's 100% animal free, on the vegetarian.

I have been coming here for years . They always have great food and great service. Today my coworkers and I decided to get Thai food for my birthday. I was so persistent on ordering from here. And of course they go above and beyond to send a complimentary dessert. With Covid-19 going around they where sure to package everything with care and safety . My coworkers loved the food they will definitely be ordering again !!!!

We went a little early (around 5:45pm) on a Friday evening and got seated right away. The staff was super friendly and we had an appetizer out in about 5 five minutes. We had the Pra Goong (7 shrimp), and it was delicious! Our food came out quickly as well. My wife had the Tom Kha soup (cocnut lemon grass) and she thought it was really good. I had the Kee Mao (drunken noodles) with chicken and it was really good. We ordered entree of Pineapple fried rice and it was delicious! The portions are big, we definitely would've been fine with only 2 orders, but now we have delicious leftovers.We will definitely be back, this is the best Thai food I've had in a while.

The Yum Watercress appetizer at Ruan Thai is the best! Their other dishes are very good too.

Amazing food,generous portions and the service is just excellent. We had ordered 4 entrees for party of 5. And we were full and even had leftovers. Love the place. The only problem was lack of parking inside the complex but I don't see how the restaurant is at fault for that.

We make a point to celebrate birthdays there, because we always enjoy the delicious meals, friendly service, and quiet atmosphere that makes a long visit that much more pleasant.

Ordered from here for the first time (Pad Thai) and it was terrible. After two bites it became clear that the dish was inedible. I'm giving them one star for the customer service but unfortunately I have no interest in trying any of their other food.

Right when I walked in I was automatically hit with a bad smell but I stayed and ate here. Dishes where dirty and the food wasn't good. I personally wouldn't recommend this place and I wont be going back.
